Spray Painter

Our client is a leading provider of transport maintenance services across Australia. Due to ongoing maintenance contracts being awarded, we are looking for a Vehicle Spray Painter based in Newcastle.

This position is suited to someone who has completed an Automotive Spray Painting or Industrial Spray Painting apprenticeship, but candidates with proven industry experience will also be considered.

What’s involved?

• Vehicle spray painting in a Workshop Environment
• Paint mixing, prep and sanding
• Working as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

• Trade Qualification or Proven Industry Experience
• Vehicle Spray Painting experience highly regarded
• Forklift ticket highly regarded
• Great teamwork ability

What we can offer you

• $56 - $63 per hour (casual rate based on experience)
• Day shift Monday - Friday plus some overtime available
• Ongoing work with the potential for Permanent Placement
• Potential for afternoon shift
• Newcastle based
• ASAP Start
